Chandler Grace Candle Company – Return & Refund Policy

At Chandler Grace, every flicker and fragrance is crafted with intention. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we'll make it right with care and clarity. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our products, used candles, diffusers, and room sprays cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges are offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our Care Team at care@chandlergrace.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label (for damaged or incorrect orders).

  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
