Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days from purchase.

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items may require additional processing time.

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS or UPS.

  • Expedited options available at checkout.

  • Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email care@chandlergrace.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund as appropriate.

International Orders
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international delivery.
